So here is how you can do that. Start small. Make 1 or 2 goals for today. Maybe commit to 80 ounces of water today and a quick walk around the block. Set a couple of achievable goals every morning to accomplish that day. Then Sunday, make goals for the next week. Maybe add to the water and the walk by adding vegetables or fruit to every meal. So now you have the water, a short walk, fruits and vegetables for the next week. Slowly add more good habits like measuring your portions, or cutting out most processed foods. Then add in a HIIT body weight workout two days a week to your weekly routine. Then go on to make monthly goals. Adding good health habits slowly is what makes permanent changes. In my next blog, I will share some great tools that are free that I used and still use some of them. But for today, start making the changes you want to make slowly. Trying to do everything at once never works. Make the commitment to yourself for yourself!!
