Why I do this

My main goal with for Vibrant Fitness Company, LLC is to empower women with knowledge about Women's Health and Fitness so that they can make the best choices for their goals with their own personal Health and Fitness.  I feel like there is so much confusing information out there and so many people preying on women's insecurities about their bodies.  And I want to simplify and clarify what works and what doesn't.  I want to teach women to develop good sustainable habits that will help them reach their goals and sustain their achievements with health and fitness for life.  My goal is to get each woman I work with to a place where she can do it on her own without me.   I want her to be able to enjoy her life and be healthy and fit at the same time. 

After doing this for 4 years now and working with lots of different women and talking to lots of different potential clients, I have determined that there is a need for more diverse programming.  I have come up with a variety of options that will fit most needs and budgets.  I want this to be available to as many women as possible.  I don't make you sign any contracts, and you can stop anytime you want to.  I am going to explain each one in as much detail as possible so you can make the best choice for you and your goals.

Workouts and nutrition plans are delivered via the app right to your phone. The workouts have instructional videos for each exercise.  All in person training is done at my personal gym or at 24/7 Fitness Express.  I cannot train in other gyms unless specific permission is granted in writing by management.

I am certified through The National Academy of Sports Medicine for Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Body Building and Weight Loss.

 

Program Descriptions:

Gym Program Subscriptions: $50 per month

There are 2 Gym programs to choose from.  The 3 day program is 3 days of full body workouts per week.  The 4 day program is a upper/lower split with 2 days of upper body workouts and 2 days of lower body workouts per week.  The phases last anywhere from 4-6 weeks before they change.  This is important for muscle growth to give the body time to adapt to the exercises.  The gym programs are designed for those that have a gym membership and some knowledge of how to use the equipment.  These workouts require gym equipment to complete.  I program exercises that use equipment that you will find in most commercial gyms.  If you are using a community gym, or a hotel gym, you will probably run into exercises that you will not have the equipment to do; however, I can suggest substitutes for most exercises.  You do need to know that your progression will be limited with gyms that don't have adequate equipment.  So keep that in mind.

Personal Training Session with me:  $75 per one hour session

                                                             $35 per half hour session

I train my in person clients in my gym located at my office in downtown Montgomery Alabama or at 24/7 Express Fitness on Atlanta Hwy in East Montgomery.

In Person Training sessions can be a great addition to any of my exercise programs.

Nutrition Evaluation, Customized Plan and Monthly Coaching: $250 per month

This plan includes a thorough nutrition evaluation.  You will journal your eating and drinking for 2 weeks prior to starting and fill out an extensive questionnaire that I will analyze and come up with a completely customized nutrition plan for you to follow to be tracked in the app so that I can monitor what you are eating and make suggestions as to what you need to change or add.  This plan work, but you do need to be committed to following it.  It only works if you actually follow it!

Complete Nutrition and Fitness Program: $500 per month

This plan includes Individualized Nutrition Program, in app tracking and nutrition monitoring and Coaching.  It also includes an individualized fitness program tailored to help you reach your specific goals.  This includes weekly monitoring by me, and a weekly check in call or zoom with me to discuss progress and any changes that need to be made.  This is my most comprehensive program.  I track all of your nutrition and workouts and make changes as necessary.  This program is intense and it takes committment and focus.  This program works if you follow it.  But you have to be committed to following it.  This also includes 3 half hour in person sessions with me in either gym per month.
